Use the Simrad app to mirror your unit to your iPad / phone screen and have the image were you are on your boat. Or just as a bigger screen. Easy system update with the app sync to your system.

Is there a way to change to locations of the Icons on the home screen? Would like to have all the sonar app buttons across the top or in one row and the navigation and map icons next to each other.

I have two transducers on my boat. One is a thru hull and the other is rear external mounted.. How do I select the thru hull as my main transducer?

I have the Evo3S. Which chart orientation is preferred for arriving at preset marks?

This was awesome! I'd love to see a follow-up covering downscan and radar.

Great video and very timely. I have a pair of NSS EVO3 16s i'm having trouble with, specifically latency between the touch and the unit's response and the Sonar screen as well. Any way of getting in touch with Grant for a consultation?

I’M TRYING TO DECIDE BETWEEN GARMIN AND SIMRAD. I HAD GARMIN ON OUR LAST NEW BOAT AND IT WAS FINE BUT WE’RE LOOKING AT A MUCH LARGER VESSEL AND I THINK I’M GOING TO GO WITH SIMRAD. WE LIKE TI DIVE AND I THINK SIMRAD WOULD BE BETTER. Shoot… sorry all caps. Dang iPad:-)

BUYER BEWARE: Simrad's lack of waypoint management makes the units unusable. I have dual NSS evo3 units in a bay boat and I am ready to replace them with Raymarine Axiom. Simrad has ALOT to learn from Raymarine relative to waypoint sorting, searching, hiding, grouping and bulk editing.
