When u swing through ur arms stand it up a bit longer THEN go into your twist and dive it in but good job 👍🏻

A 3m diving board is the second I ever did, it is terrifying because once you’re up there you realise it looks really high and you can feel your soul leave your body as you jump 😂

Because the person on the other board turned on bubbles so when they flop it won’t hurt as badly
