You are a very sweet teacher. My mother tongue is Hindi now 81 in age i got interested in learning Urdu. I am sure in few months i will be able to read Urdu. Feel very happy and excited for it is never too late to learn anything in life. Learning keeps you alive in a way. Thanks and Adaab..

Is this kinda like how in English there can be words with the same letters/letter group but depending on the context it’s pronounced different, but this is used for gaining vocabulary to remember how things are pronounced?

We have those harkat in Arabic to they called fatha is zaber ,kasra is zer , and tma is pesh . Thank you
