I’m 13 and I’m trying to mesmerized this so when I’m practicing driving I would know this and when I have to take my permit I would know this

guys, can you please recommend a quiet and not busy place to practice driving in the Bay Area, I'm not local and I have no idea where to practice cause I'm getting very anxious on streets and parking lots cause there are always cars and people around. and I need to practice things like parallel parking with cones and 3 point turns. Would appreciate any suggestions :)
