What is a Hong Kong seam finish? In this video, we teach you the basics of Hong Kong seams, where they are used and how to apply them in your sewing project. Learn how to make matching bias binding and apply it to your project, encase your seams to avoid fraying and pick up tips and tricks for a neat finish. In this video, Jo is adding Hong Kong seams to the inside of an unlined jacket, Butterick 6328, which is an ideal beginner-friendly jacket project.

    @@janspenno2241 No I overlocked the sleeve seam but you can do that for an uber professional finish.
