0:24 Hmm, was that linseed oil? Or, maybe mineral spirit, solvent, just to make nice bacground. 1:35 Ahhaa, that was an eraser to remove the pencil line under the nose. 2:40 that orange layer for the darker areas on the face, awesome. 3:46 Painting that fine lips with that single bulky stick, excellent skills. 9:08 Yeah, that might have been black, I assume, since Mungyo has no nice dark purles/violets neither Sennelier. 10:15 Brutally gorgeous, exactly the style I am after. I made my own version with Sennelier oil pastels, Polychromos pencils (softer pencils are better for the job) on Hahnemühle Ingres 100 gsm paper. I'v learned a hell lot from the way Irwan applied layers of various pinkish, brownish and yellowish colors.
