I have some questions? I mean aren't these telegraph n they won't be the same in match, I mean all of this 1-2 block 12 duck, switch etc how does it help when in matches it's not telegraphed

I know you are busy but it would be great if you get time to do more, slow break downs of 4/ 5 pad flow combinations. Im trying to work on my sons footwork as well. 👍🏻 👌🏻
