This really is one of my favorite tricks you've shown on the channel. It's simple, can be done basically anywhere, BORROWED objects, yet it is a very very powerful trick. This is the only trick I've ever performed where people don't even TRY to guess how I did it, because it really just seems like real magic.

well im a mentalist and my favorite routine with tarot cards that I've came up with is the spectator look at a card while the deck is in their hands the whole time but i named it correctly everytime even though im blindfolded, it's the closer for almost all of my stage mentalism routine

If I could do any trick with tarot cards, I'd have someone select first a playing card. After this, I would bring out a collection of tarot cards and say something to the effect of "Now I'm going to show you something interesting. I'm going to show you that your choice was always going to be the one you made. That it was fate." And in some spectacular manner, reveal their selection to be on one of the tarot cards.

Contest answer would have to be your "choice effect". Could also easily adapt your "shape of things to come" for tarot cards. Btw, love how you magically changed yourself from a regular magician to a hip edgy magician at the very end (hat).

This isn't exactly directed at this video, but in regards to palming things, does it really matter the size of your hand? What also you could have done and which is even easier and includes zero ability of slight of hands is following: Gather a group of people. Tell them to take at least one coin and put it in the glass (including you (you just need to put one coin whose date you do know)). Then mix them all up. Take one coin, whatever it is. And tell the date of YOUR coin you put. If the dates match, just show them and that's the trick. If dates don't match, just remember the date you just read and grab another coin. If this date matches YOUR coin, then just show the public those two coins. If not, keep the process until it does match. The "worst" scenario is when there is only one coin left ("the worst" as it takes the most amount of time to preform a trick) but then that's even cooler since it looks like you guessed all the dates from the glass. So yea, this is much easier and includes no knowledge of magic, just memory. You cannot fail this anyhow, whilst in your version you can (if someone notices you haven't grabbed any coin in the last grabbing process). I'm not here to say that your version is bad or something, I just wanted to share my view on how to also preform not just this trick but many others. This process I've just written can be implemented in many more ways. Since you're very creative, I'm sure you'll find my message helpful. I adore your videos, your magic is great but not just that, you are a great comedian. Either way, have a nice day and I hope you find this message useful. Bye :)

Hi sankey, i would love to ask you some questions and it would be amazing if you could answer it. I have a little problem with a pass and a palm, I feel uncomfortable like I have too big hands. With a classic pass a cant pull the deck with my pinky( it is not a problem with the hand size , my height is 210 at the age of 16 and I have huge hands) . Is there any tip how to pull the deck? I need to say that I love your work and I appreciate it. I would personally like more if you could choose more mind blowing trick like( 3 cards monte, karate or jack trap) some tricks that are simple to do but still mind blowing. Best wishes from SERBIA 🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸

it would have to be by using a borrowed deck of Tarot cards then being able to make everyone in the room think and look at the same card without even removing it form the deck all at the same time, then to finish it off the deck is squared up and the card has vanished from the deck.

If I could do any trick with Tarot Cards I would tell the spectator to pick any of the cards but keep it faced down. I would then go on to tell them to think of their favourite place, memories etc and then get them to concentrate on one thing in their mind that is important to them. Finally I would reveal the card and truly shock them when they find out that what they were concentrating on is on the tarot card!

A psychic card trick with tarot cards? Well, each card represents one or two different dates, so preforming a ACAAN trick. A spectator is to say a number, and you deal down those cards. The last card you draw happens to be the one that matches their birthdate.

alternatively you can not have a coin in palm. the way it would work is if you have 1 nickel, or a coin that you can feel is different , that you know the date of in the cup. because it is the only one you can pick it up when you want. so you would start the trick with picking one coin up and saying the date of the nickel and remembering the date actual date, then again for the second, calling the first coin's date. than for the last one, you fish around for the nickel, and call the date of the second coin. what do you think?

I've been practicing cards tricks for 3 months or so. I have the basics down and just learn how to put the 3 extra cards is someone's hand when they had 10. and lie detector

I'd make a svengali tarot card deck... so I could keep revealing the death card. And then I'd show all of the different cards, and riffle through the opposite way to show that for them, all signs point to death O.O Mysterious!
