I have been trying to practice this for a whole month but when I watched your video I got it in less then 3 minutes! I am so very grateful for your videos😂

Mum trying to get fit here and just getting into futsal .. well soccer for the first time. I just tried this because it's my favourite trick that my husband's team does when I watch. I got a good two or three clean ones :) very good for learning balance too!

You literally helped me learn how to do this in like 2 minutes

This was the first trick I learnt when I first started playing football, reminds me of those good old days. Great video.

I was like so bad at this but in my home I practiced it like 100 times or something and once finally got it.I got so much motivation.I continued practicing and now I can finally do it in matches as well.Thanks!

I kind do the third one but I can a bit but when I flick the ball goes back and sometimes it goes to the side Or is it because im not wearinh shoes?

I was never really into football but since I started playing with my new friends in college. I love it. Rainbow flicks I'm getting better at just by my own practice. (I've been practicing for months) It use to just go backwards and it was so annoying. But now it's getting better. This video helps a lot.

@@skillfulchickensandwich6680 it's hard to example, But on vague terms what I've found effective is when it's between your legs, Lean forward and lift your back-foot to lift the ball and flick 😭 that's probably the best explanation I can give 👍

I was just at a sport carnival and my friend did it. I said I wanted to learn how to. He said to "use your back leg to push it up and kick". I did it first try somehow. I'm not even that at soccer... it wasn't perfect but pretty good.
