Learn the 'Elbow Pop' Swing Out Variation from Michael & Evita
The Elbow Pop is a Swing Out variation that's fun (but challenging). We danced this move as a part of a larger routine for an advanced class at Lindy Focus in 2017, but we thought this pattern was a great stand-alone lesson. There are several ways to finish the Elbow Pop, and we show you how to end in both open and closed positions. Good luck and keep swingin'.

😍 I’m a dancer in E. TX and I’ve been having fun with the “tuck turn that travels” and now it’s time to learn this new swing out variant tomorrow So excited!
really nice you are so easy and nice to listen to you aren't over-confident, you don't try to be comedians, two common failings with swing teachers thank you, again
Fantastic! Thank you for this variation
you two are so great!
Always so great!
Cool variation!!
Nice!
I love it!!! Don't find your partner with the elbow HAHAHA!!
What does make Evita feel to go around Michael on the first triple step and not go straight like in a "belt turn"?
Excellent lesson! What count/timing should the lead be letting go with their right hand?
