@Dr.Saptarshi Banerjea, you mention an ancestral tip never to give Tuberculinum to Children with heart conditions.Say Ex: If a Child is born with a congenital heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot, and underwent open heart surgery for total correction as 1 yr old baby. He has an artificial valve and has normal regurgitation expected after surgery but he is doing great heart wise, was never in any medication. If that child is very Tubercular behavior-wise and miasmatically aswell...can one give Tuberculinum or not even if indicated?due to his heart condition? if you cannot how do you treat him miasmatically if he is Tub?

After some days she has again pneumonia due to wall paints chemical smell in deepawali.Doctor says it hypesensitivity Pneumonia ..ILD. Every time he prescribed steroids IM, IV. Due to shorbreathness she feel that her Heart is also weak, Heart beats are high, weight gain due to heavy steroids.Sir please tell how can i cure her from these sensitive infections in lungs.
