When an ayah ends at a letter, it's symbol will be replaced with sukoon But the taa marbuta will turn into a haa' ( هه) with sukoon

Barak Allahu fik akhi, I just have one question... while this is the correct tajweed, it is not murattal no? How to do correct tarteel as to not sing or use maqamat but to simply beautify one's voice. JazakAllahu khair.
