Dude 16 to goo! I just did my first backflip and it was a crazy journey!! Last night I spent 2 hours outside praying and trying to overcome my fear of doing a backflip! 😂 maybe your journey will be like mine but who knows! I’d recommend having a friend around just in case and to give you support and also to kinda pressure you into doing it! Good luck!!! 👊 👍

okay guys bit of an update, it was over 11months ago when i posted this and since then i have conquered the fear and have been doing standing backflips it took me 2hours to learn and around 5 to perfect and now i am just working on getting it to and from combos

Hello there! I've just started gymnastics again, after some 10-12 years of not doing it. Back then I didnt have any fear and could do double rotations, or at least I have done them at some point but that was years ago. I cant seem to get the courage to do them now, too much overthinking it. So I was thinking about going to the local swimming-center (or w/e its called in inglis) and practice them from the boards. What do you think about this strategy?
