It is too fast to really catch everything, but I'm not sure that's a bad thing. What I do is try to focus on a few key words in each sentence, especially common phrases like "creo que" For example, and I inevitably come across the same phrases again in other videos. Most people will tell you that immersion, rather than study, will bring the biggest benefit. This together with Duolingo and I find myself knowing more and more Spanish each day.
