Hi smolville, I had a couple of quick looks through the video, and I can't seem to find the phrase you are referring to. Could you direct me to the correct time stamp? Immediately, however, I think of the term "ut mot sjøen", which means out towards the sea. To give an example "kan vi få et rom med utsikt ut mot sjøen?" which in English translates to "can we have a room with a view of the sea/out towards the sea". Hope this helps. 'mot' means both 'toward' and 'against'. Confusing I know.
