agar aapke paas 365 nahi h to automatically s. no. ke liye for use kro B5 me =IF(D5"",ROW()-4,"") aur heading dalo B4 me serial no.aur c4 me name aur b5 ko drag kr do door tak ab C coloum me entry krte jao aur automatically serial no. aayega mai ye for mula ms excel 2019 me use krta hu

This can be achieved by this formula also: =IF(B2="","",SUBTOTAL(3,$B$2:B2)) I have been using it for so many years. This formula serves two purposes: 1. If you delete data starting from B2, the serial number will also be deleted, and the subsequent cells will maintain the serial number sequence. For example, if we delete data from B3, the serial number in A3 will be deleted, and the serial number in A4 will start from 2. 2. If you filter your data, the serial numbers will follow the sequence based on the filtered data. For instance, if you have more data and Delhi is mentioned five times. When you filter your data by Delhi, the serial numbers will range from 1 to 5. This eliminates the need to correct the serial numbers after filtering.

Sir delete kiya 4 ya 5 no. Ok, but if add some data in between already rows. Sometime we add data according to date. But kuch time baad pata chalta hai ek date missing ho gai, tab hame upar ja kar date add karte hai, or pura column likhte hai, tab bhi kya ye sequence formula kaam karega

Sir koi aisa tarika hai hai jo kewal number ko ki count kare jaise A1 me 5kg 4 pkt ho aur B1 me 5t , 4l td hai to sabhi ko jodne par kewal number ko jode ya guna kare kaise kar sakte hain

You can achieve the same result dynamically using a combination of the IF and ROW formulas. =IF(B3"",ROW(A1),"")
