The fruition of Susan Jenkins. And to think; you have so much more to accomplish in your life. You know how I am about always knowing where the horizon of the earth is; the perspective of the structure points out the fact that the horizon is just on the other side of the rolling hill. Writers and poets depend on such inspiration; to release their artistic juices, to find only the best adjectives and verbs to describe what they see and feel. ❤️

Hello ma'am! You're the reason I started painting with soft pastels. I really love your paintings and your techniques. Your tutorials are so great, you explain each and every step, guiding all the way through the process and finally bringing out the best of artworks. Your artwork seems so pure and soothing, just like your heart. It's great to watch your tutorials.😊❤

Im so nutty, I have watched so many of your lessons, that when I go to paint, I go SUPER FAST, and aleays make a mess! then it dawened on me, when you speed up the viedo, I speed up too ! Now I warch everything first, then I begin. I love your work and your teaching and most of all you are loveing and praising the Lord!! Thankyou Susan. I have a request, I have a 13 year old daughter that loves cute ducks.' ya know those ducks that teens love? Do you have any ideas? thanks again, Sharon

That’s so funny Emerson! I can totally understand that. You actually can slow down my videos at any time by clicking the gear icon at the bottom of the KZread video screen. You could slow it down, but I recommend to turn the volume down because my voice will sound really weird. And were you asking about a duck tutorial?

I love your style and color. I usually like to paint animals and wildlife in a super realistic style so this is really new to me. I’m going to give this a try but I’m not sure where to start. I usually use pastelmat or velour. Where do you find your images? Thank you 😊

This is lovely! I'm not a patron, but could you tell me how long this took to paint? I always watch the sped up versions of paintings and coloring and it seems like it doesn't take long but some artists day that their work took over 10 hours or it was a multi day project. :)

That’s a really great question Rilee. This painting took me a little over an hour. I edit it to take out any dead time where I lay my pastels down and get a sip of coffee or something, lol. And of course I speed it up for the Monet café version. Many of my Patreon videos are real time but some of them are even sped up slightly just so they’re not super boring.

Sorry but you got your blue colour temperatures mixed up ultramarine is actually not a cool colour, but instead a warm blue and turquoise is a cool colour not warm as you stated. Their back to front.
