Sorry it did not work for you. For me, it I instantly relieved the pain in my left knee, consequently also my right hip and my lower back. I had been having terrible balance problems as well. When my became aligned by the orthotic, my balance was truly restored which also corrected my posture which my husband had been hounding me about and seemed impossible for me to correct. I am neither making this up nor exaggerating the effect. It was shocking to me and corrected all of these issues which were individually uncomfortable, painful, or-in reference to balance-creating constant and ongoing jeopardy from potential falls, not to mention running/falling into walls, shopping carts, etc. Replacing soles could result in any of these ongoing successful corrections.
