This episode is precious because at that time I don't know about svt and I watch it for the first time. Now, I'm a 1 year old baby carat.

I love when idols are devious with each other. Also the members saying if Jeonghan can't do it they can't really drives it home that he's their comfort place.

Thanks for all the amazing streams, I have such a nice time learning and watching gose along side you 😊💎 Sorry for the long post, but wanted to pitch in about the pronounciation of Thor. I don't know how much of this you know already, so sorry if I'm over explaining. I'm Norwegian, so I know a little from school, but I'm by no means an expert. But to give you a little bit of context: The marvel super hero Thor (as well as other characters from those movies/comic books such as Loki and Odin) are inspired from old Norse Mythology. In Norwegian the god's name is spelled like Tor, and in the Norse mythology (as well as in other versions of Germanic paganism) he is one of the very prominent gods, associated with thunder. Tor/Thor is still used to this day as a firstname in some (if not all) of the Nordic countries and perhaps also other countries outside of the Nordic as well (I dont know how widespread it is). And in Norway at least it's pronounced with the same(ish) t-sound that the Koreans use for the name. Funfact, many of the names of the weekdays are originally named after Norse/old germanic gods, and Thursday is named after Tor/Thor.

Thank you, learned a lot as usual. And so many nuances like, my fav was the explanation of why Mingyu did that Drum roll after 승승장구. I also really like this episode and how they play the brain games hehe. Also wow, IU tour, it'll be so nice! Also thanks for suggesting the letter, will check it out!~ And hope you have a great time at her concert. I recently attended my first concert every, Seventeen's Follow to Bangkok. Sadly concerts don't happen in my country so I had to fly to Thailand for it. But it was amazing! It was also my first solo trip so, and I was nervous and scared but enjoyed a lot. Many many carats and many others who flew in from different countries too! Sadly, Cheol and Jeonghan were not there, but hope I get to see ot13 someday!~ But yea the concert was amazing! The setlist, performance everything was so amazing. I could go on talking about it forever haha.

This episode (and also the 2nd part) makes you feel a lot: laugh, be amazed, feel happy in general (truly, BEST PEOPLE)💙 1:11:56 Other terms in english for 구닥다리 can be 'ancient' or 'outdated'. It also defines someone that's old and/or very behind with the current times (e.g. popular joke or skit)

just wanted to give my input as someone living in australia - pardon is very commonly used here when you didn't understand the other person, or maybe 'what was that' so yeah we do use it lol

I do not know if this is my responsibility explicably but here I say unto the comment sector that the both of your simply ... must... ... MUST ... watch and interpret in the usual, purely reactionary setting, Pi Cheolin making history by coming to the aid of BSS in the heat of the K-awards season. It was genuinely a turning point in a lot of non-mutually-exclusive histories, of Seventeen, Kpop, the country, the world, ... etc. ANDUH it is still a current event.

53:32 There actually is 'oi' in english although i don't know if they say it in American english but in British english oi seems similar to your description. you use it to call someone and it's very informal and though you can still say it to your friends it's still quite aggressive. also i do use pardon quite a bit as well

00:11:59 While I agree with Anna that "It's not the first time" is not the best translation for this situation, "It's not the first time" or more commonly in my area "it's not like it's the first time" is a phrase that is used (at least in Utah, USA where I'm from), often as a sarcastic reply to someone being surprised at something that happens regularly/should be common sense. This seems to closely match your explanation for the meaning and use of 하루 이툴도 아니고, though in English the phrase applies more to actions (like common tasks or chores), things happening (like your neighbors being loud), or expectations (like complaining about the weather). The use case here "It's not like it's the first time you've been good looking." or more likely " It's not like today's the first day you've had that face." could be a reasonable stretch of the English usage. (Though the stretch would make it seem much less kind than in its normal usage). It used to be more commonly used than it now is, but it is still in use. I find variations such as "it's not like the same thing didn't happen yesterday/last time" or "it's not like the same thing hasn't happened [nearly] every day for the last year" or "it's not like today's your first day [on the job/in xx place or environment]" or "it's not like you didn't know that before you moved here" or "it's not like the laws of physics have changed since yesterday" to be more common now. Ex: Someone from Utah drives poorly in the snow. Their scared friend in the passenger seat remarks, "Wow. Someone might think it's your first time in driving in snow."; Someone from Utah expresses apprehension about driving in bad weather. Their friend comforts them by saying, "Well, it's not like it's your first time."; Someone complains about your usually loud neighbors being loud. You reply, "It's not like it's the first time."
