How much is the subscription for this? How limited is the demo? It's not mentioned on the Meta store page.

For someone that does not exercise, would it be better for me to focus on getting into a workout routine before I start trying to loose weight? I wouldn't say I am unhealthy, I don't eat chips or fast food, but I do eat a lot of the food I cook. So when I make paprikash with nokedli, I will eat my fill. Before I try losing weight, should I keep eating sufficient amounts of food to have the energy I need to get a daily workout up to a certain amount of calories being burned, before I start to reduce the amount I eat? I eat a lot of roast veggies, beans, chicken, etc. using various cuisines like Korean Buldak, Greek souvlaki, Mexican bean and chorizo soup, etc. I know I might need to change how much I eat of the things I eat, or even change my weekly menus entirely, but would the first step to first be able to burn enough calories a day though exercise before I start to evaluate my diet? Edit: I am not severely overweight, I weight 90 kg at 179 cm tall. So I am overweight, but my stomach is not bending over itself at the bottom... yet.

Best bet is to stop working out if you do already, get your diet under control, and then slowly add exercise in but don’t change your diet. I’m actually making a video about this soon.

My fiance actually is doing the trial for this now. Mentioned to me yesterday. Not sure which language she is checking out. Thank you for pointing out that this requires outside learning sources. I am confused since they say its suitable for beginners. Not sure how that is if you need to know basic parts of the language and there isn't english translation. Maybe I am missing something. How do you think the value compares to other resources for learning a language?

Depends on the other resource. You definitely should know hiragana for Japanese though.

Our philosophy is that we aren't recreating existing resources that already exist to help you learn a language. So we recommend our favourite free resources for each language. However I have gone through the Japanese 40 lesson program and did not learn hiragana beforehand. It would have helped but it isn't required. -Dave

This looks real coool but bro come on use an external mic. The volume on your comments is real low and it was hard to follow along with your video

I was using an external mic, the balance was apparently off though? Sounded fine in editing

Just so you know the way to introduce yourself formally is はじめまして。(your name)と申します(ともうします) can also be (your name)です。よろしくお願いします(よろしくおねがいします)。さようなら is only used in the classroom if you say to someone outside it means farewell I will probably not see you again stick with じゃあね - Bye, またね - See you later ,またあした - See you tomorrow. That app while helpful will teach you a lot of unnatural Japanese but it good that it ask you to repeat the word or phrase. Since you mentioned Japanese From Zero, I would also recommend ToKini Andy and Game Gengo. If you need anymore resources let me know I have a bunch. アリさん頑張れ

This is good info! I did know that this is basic “classroom talking” but i also think it’s important to know it. I believe you can learn the colloquial stuff along the way. this is how i did it with Chinese. Learn both.

@@FitProVR The funny part is it easier to teach natural Japanese from the start but it similar to people in Japan teaching English in a classroom. Have fun

@@southcoastinventors6583 oh absolutely, but i do think there is value in just getting a base for the language in the “classroom greetings” even if it’s not widely used in native speak.
