Thanks for the tutorial. I've had a MISTI for years but when I learned the Stamparatus was to be discontinued, I went online that night and bought one before they were out of stock! I love it!

Hi, Jackie - I LOVE my Stamparatus. It's particularly helpful since I make lots of "blanks" during the year, and I can add greetings without worrying about getting all the greetings stamped completely. Also bought the new foam pad with the grid image on it. Now I use the old pad to get complete images from my very old Stampin' Up! wood-mounted background stamps. A perfect pairing.

Thank you for this video. I just purchased a Stamparatus and now I know a best way to use it. I have had to hand color in stamp images that didn't come out fully. This will eliminate that problem

You will love the Stamparatus

And what's nice too is that you could stamp both the church and nativity scenes at the same time since, chances are, you are making multiple cards. The stamparatus is large enough to do that. Love mine!!

So true, you are correct. Wish I had thought of that myself. 😊. I just finished 8 of these cards. So easy and they look so nice.

I use the stitched nested label dies to cut around the nativity scene. It cuts out all of it except the bottom which I trim off. It just makes it quicker. Always enjoy the card you make.

That's a great idea!

Thank you for this video, Jackie, but one question remains: how do you decorate the envelopes? You were the demo teaching me to do so, usually by stamping an image from the set in full strength on the front and 2nd generation on the back. Or by using the same DSP as you used on the card. People love it when they see such envelopes!

You can decorate them just as you said! I don't always do in the videos for lack of time.

These are pretty and easy. I bought these stamps to make the cards, just one question, on the Mary and Joseph stamp; why is there a section the length of Joseph’s gown cut out like a separate piece of the stamp to be removed or left in place? I see on your card the gown is solid. Is the cut-out suppose to be like that?? Thanks Jackie.

That piece should be taken out and discarded. It's cut out to give you a cleaner image. The "gown" is not stamped, it's the card stock you see in mine.

@@jeanpowell981 Happy to help. They do they when there is a large area of "blank space" in the middle so you don't pick up ink where you don't want it. It really does help.
