    In my country, separate bidet is very rare, we usually use some sort of mini shower to wash down there. When I first saw a bidet in a hotel, I thought it's a mini bathtub for guests who bring their pets lmao

    @@AmericanTravelFamily I first saw a separate bidet when I was in elementary school and only encountered it twice so I never really got the opportunity to actually know what that is, only recently I learned that it's not for washing your pets, and I'm in university right now, so you might guess how many years I thought that it was a mini bathtub X"D

Lol 😭😭😭🤣😂 I was actually the only feminine young lady in ALL of My architectural engineering classes & we had to draft blueprints that included bidets. However, we were told by teachers what they were used for but I'm sure NONE OF MY CLASSMATES EVER REALLY KNEW HOW TO PROPERLY USE ONE WITHOUT SEEING THEM OR HAVING USED THEM IN REAL LIFE!!! I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT KNOW TO THE FULL EXTENT HOW YOU'D DRY YOURSELF OR THAT THERE WERE TOWELS UTILIZED. THIS VIDEO CLEARED UP TONS OF QUESTIONS I HAD & THE ETIQUETTES TO BE OBSERVED & EXERCISED TO RESPECTFULLY USE A BIDET. SO, even though knowing what it was used for & that it rinsed Ones private areas... I still had NO CLUE OF THE REAL INS & OUTS!!! YOU'RE NOT ALONE!!! LMAO 😂🤣😭💀😝💃🏾

    It's usually islands such as Greek Islands that have poor sewers and say not to flush toilet paper. I always have done but flushed with each wipe/wrap of tissue, to ensure it doesn't block. Also I have found the hot water to always stay hot around noon when everyone is usually out or at the pool.

    This is true in some countries but not in America. Most American home don’t have separate bidets. I’m fact most homes have just one toilet in the bathroom. That’s because the cost of installing a separate bidet is costly. You have to add an additional drain and water line.

    I became curious about these things because of the advertisements on youtube before the videos. I decided to find out exactly how these things work. I was trying to figure out how one dries off. So, I contaminate a towel and others will use the same towel to wipe down the water off the backside? Toilet paper goes down the drain to a proper facility for breakdown without others 'sharing' their backside bacteria. I'll stick with toilet paper.

    @@AmericanTravelFamily It is not the flushing power. Which is quite weak like in a US washing machine. Since US toilet bowls are filled close to the brim there is no exposed, dry, area in the bowl where stains could be left. Everthings lands directly in the water. The water level in European style toilets is quite low and also varies with the model. Leaving some areas of the bowl dry and subject to target practice. And the water flow doesn't cover all areas evenly and some not at all depending on the design of the toilet. So a need for some help arises. I always design my bathrooms so that I have a showerhead on a hose (European style movable showerhead) next to the toilet. That way I can use it to remove the offending stains in lieu of or additionally to a brush.

    Ok... the shower bidets I understand but this I don't. You say that you fill that small sink with water to wash yourself. So you use your hand to take water from the boul and bring it up to your anus? Or you sit with your butt in the water? I suppose it is the first option. So after you took some water from the boul and used your hand to splash it at your anus, then the rest of the water in the boul gets dirty. So the water is now dirty. Then you repeat the process a few times and basically hand splash dirty water at your anus. Great. So you splahed dirty water all over you private parts and basically spread the poop all over. Let's say you are finished and now you have a boul full of poopy water. What do you do with it? Just let it drain and then the next person comes in and uses the bidet? So next I come in to use that bidet that is now dirty after you used it and I fill it with water. Great. Now I have a boul with your diluted poopy water and I have to wash myself with it. You would have to sanitize that bidet after each use to be hygienic. But I never saw any sanitizing solutions or anything near your bidet or any bidet like that. But even if it was sanitized after each use, I can't get over the fact that after you splashed water once from there, then the water and boul is dirty and you keep taking water from there and spread poopy water all over you private parts. That sounds like a guaranteed UTI to me. Shower bidets are better because you use a stream of clean water... I don't get why and how these boul bidets are still used... It would make more sense if it had an adjustable nosle to use it like a shower head. And what about the towel? That towel would have to be washed every time a persons dries their butt with it. You would not dry your butt with a towel that someone else used before you to wipe the poopy water off their butt, right?

  • @user-sm3xq5ob5d

    @user-sm3xq5ob5d

    2 жыл бұрын

    You might have noticed that the nozzle is not like one on a standard faucet. It is directed nearly horizontal. It is a special bidet armature. So turning it up the beam hits the desired body parts and flushes them. To intensify the process you can add handwork. If you want to use the bidet for washing your feet it can be filled with water. This use suggests itself because it is so low and conveniently located.

    We do. But the toilets are designed to fill up with more water so their isn't so much porcelain exposed in the landing zone 😆

    omg. What a lot of work. MORE potable water waste, and another drain, and another piece of furniture to fill the room, AND still have to wash up your butt afterwards of any greasy residue (depending on diet), AND potentially drip on seat and floor getting to the new fixture to sit down AGAIN. Where's the special rag for the floor if there's diarrhea? Anybody ever slip in a dogpile in the yard? Anything about that say "water soluble" to you? The only thing I can see advantage is period blood that's already water soluble, unlike feces with a high fat content regardless of diet. Renewable source toilet paper, once and done, wash hands.

    Just freaking use toilet paper. What is wrong with you people? Too much attention to the whole area down there. Considering the lack of daily showering, you get no points for obsessively cleaning your nether regions.
