I am 25 years old and had the four most crucial problems in riding a bicycle 1. I had no experience with a bicycle whatsoever. 2. I come from a place filled with judgemental people who smirked and lauged at each of my failed attempts. 3. I just cannot ask for help. 4. I was hell afraid of riding a bicycle. So, after a very long time of people asking "you can't ride a bicycle yet?", i finally decided to learn it. I found this video, woke up at 4am( to avoid the smirking idiots) and followed each step. Its day 3 and i can ride a bicycle on my own. Tips- Wear something very comfortable. I would personally suggest trying to ride on your own if you are an adult. Just belive in yourself and most importantly, look forward, not at the handle or pedals. All the best.❤

I learned in my childhood when i was 9 but didn't ride cycle too much only rode for 2 weeks and didn't do cycling for 10 years as usual i lost the habit of cycling after 10 years i bought my own rode continuously for 30 minutes for 3 days i made my habit again now I'm a pro cycler i go to my work place on my cycle everyday and i thought everyone should do cycling as much they could it's a fun

After seeing the video at the age of 26 i learnt bicyle with full confidence..People will laugh at you by cracking some jokes.. Don't listen those words..Just focus on your cycling..It took me around 18 days to learn cycle..Thank you bro...Beo pleade upload a video for turnings as well(U TURN).. Please

Update - I was doing every Sunday for 1 hour but this was not helping, so I decided to give more effort and decided to do for 30 min early morning, it's been 3 days , alone, I was able to pedal little, will again go back tomorrow n see....it feels embarrassing at times , people sometime stop n comment , their way of encouragement but regardless it feels awkward learning at later age but we can do it , it's worth it.

I learnt bicycling in 2 days . What helped me was to practice putting my other foot on saddle and riding which removed my fear of falling. Now im practicing on balancing, trying to be in straight line rather than shaking

I had first lesson from a teacher in Cardiff city (UK) and i fell down in first 10 minutes. Got bad road rash on my knew and i didn't go for another lesson. I am too old to break my bones now. 😂 But after watching your video, i am thinking of learning it again on my own.
