Hey Alex - you won't remember me but when I had just started working out, it happened to be the same gym you used. You could've had a sense of entitlement towards the equipment and had frustration with me using equipment that you wanted to use. But instead you were very polite during the times you asked to work in with me. Also getting to see your level of intensity in person drives me to work harder in my own workouts. Thank you!

I’ve shopped quality at local spots and sometimes the quality is worth it spending a few dollars more. This is fuel for our body right? I’m sure there are plenty of things you spend more than $4 on.

LOL just like anyone else I choose what is worth spending money on and what isn’t. What I put in our bodies is worth spending money on. I honestly don’t know if I could tell you what I spend on groceries. I’d have to track it and add it up but I’d say prob $150 a week on average give or take for my wife and my self. People will spend that at the bar in one night without batting an eye.

Finally! A pro using reusable bags. I see so many using paper and plastic bags on these hauls.
