@ Gejo Speaks Sir, I have a doubt in Q1, in option 3,trial and error is ofcourse mentioned in passage("after 1st round,in successive rounds differnet drugs are tried") doesn't it mean that each round is a trial with certain medicine and we go to the next round with other medicine if the former(medicine) fails? (And I have confidently eliminated A coz 1/3rd is 33.33% and in successive rounds, some other 20-25% means in total 43.33 to approx 50% can definitely be not considered as VERY low.) plz help me clarify my doubt sir.

50 percent may be low or high depending upon the expected percentage, in the following para the writer uses just 25-30 percent more . so writer thinks it's a small number..samjhe?
