I'm currently watching this video in a salvation army drug rehab center. Sex, drug's and alcohol control my life for many years, I was powerless until Jesus forgive me and set me free. I'll be graduating in two weeks, and I'll continue my life with Christ.

Nice! Keep exploring and learning if you choose to. It’s worth the journey. I drifted many, many years ago and am just recently feeling called to return to the faith. I just watched this sermon for the first time and it reminded me a LOT of my time away. I had fun, don’t get me wrong. Booze, drugs, sex. Living wild and free. It felt great at the time but if I had just taken the time to listen, I would have heard God sooner, and saved myself years of secret pain I didn’t realize I harbored. Best of luck, friend.

And choosing to delight in the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord! In my own life, only then can we see sin the way He sees it and hate it! And it makes you so sensitive to the Spirit that the moment a wrong thought appears your first reflex is to grab it, body slam it, and throw it out of the ring of your imagination! I was even caught off guard just an hour ago when I was conscious a thought was coming but it hadn't even materialized yet and immediately unconsciously I said "NO! I know where you're heading Satan and I'm not going with you!!!" All my life I've been struggling with my thoughts and to get back to the purity of heart I had when I was first born again, as a single guy at 20 years old seems I had complete mastery over sin but then getting married I've struggled for 30 years until just recently being overwhelmed with desire for the fear of the Lord in every area of my life and just began fasting since last night for exactly that and already immediately I feel like a new man, and with sensitivity to the Holy Spirit that I haven't felt for so many years. Remember what set Jesus apart, written in isaiah, "and He will delight in the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord." More and more of Jesus in you, Beauty! TC Annapolis, MD

Yes I started listening to Pastor Rick on the Daily Hope online subscribe get a message or series in parts daily. I start my day in Bible Study with Pastor Rick and my Bible. I know the Holy Spirit directed me to Pastor Rick as I too was in midst of a blow up from betrayal of my husband only one yr at that time when lied, deceits, hiding things, tries to gaslight, transfers onto me but I call him out, twists the truth. He started discarding me right after "I do" but I didn't know that then. It was what I thought was adjusting to each other as we're both older, lost our spouses to cancer so there was getting used to each other. No, Love Bombing stopped at I do. He was different on our so called honeymoon. He's very passive aggressive so he went in motion. I've lived a nightmare went for counseling for my sanity and 💔 was then I learned the name of this living hell, NARCISSISM!! I couldn't believe this was happening espec at 60 yrs old & he too. I was shown a Christian man, an Elder in the church, everyone loves him and he treats them as he did me before married. Lies constantly, hide things and talks to women he knew from high school on FB Private Message, text and phone yet has not shared this to me. There is one woman whose husband passed away last yr and he didn't tell me then I see her posts on his FB "oh you didn't tell me when we were talking yesterday" and same another time. I couldn't believe it the betrayal. He's an leader in church he knows what Jesus tells us about any relationship, association with the opposite sex outside of marriage. It's even in the Church manual should never be in a situation to be misconstrued that is disrespectful to one's spouse. Even emotional connection is adultery. Anyway I can go on and on but Pastor Rick, his Daily Hope, podcasts, KZread literally saved me emotionally and mentally as I was brought back in my faith that was slipping away. I couldn't understand why God would allow me to go thru such betrayal, hurt, pain, abuse except physical although I do believe if not for the church and his position as an Elder which is his change of addiction so he knows he would lose that if he caused "physical" harm. He needs the church as he also puts it first not God as he won't do Bible Study with me though I've asked numerous times but he will spend time with others help them in church. His position means his being looked up to so he won't risk losing his status however he has abused in every other way. We promised to always put God first in our marriage but he has not. Other than pray before eating dinner he does not spend any time worshipping with me at home. Thru Pastor Rick i slowly allowed Holy Spirit back into my heart after I had a serious anxiety panic attack. I felt God, I heard Him tell me I was not alone. It was so dark, scary like I was falling then I felt him lift me up until I saw glimmer of light. I broke down cried like a baby, like his lost sheep coming home to the Good Shepherd. I asked for forgiveness I cried more. Suddenly I felt peace a huge weight lifted off of me I knew I was forgiven. I truly heard Jesus I heard His voice, soothing but directive. I followed and to this day I am so thankful for Pastor Rick's messages as they speak to me. The Holy Spirit is speaking thru him share God's messages, promises and reminders all we have to do is allow the Holy Spirit into our hearts accept God's blessings and Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior 🙏. Once we do and we read study the Bible we will find all our answers to life's challenges, directions on this life journey and it is our guide to living a joyful life even thru tribulations loss betrayal pain. Jesus experienced all that and more and Book of John details this Jesus' last weeks thru Easter when He rose and Jesus spoke telling us about love, kindness, faith, forgiveness, assurance so much more. I can now deal with all the trauma of finding out, realizing I married a Narcissist. He told me one time, I have no problem with anyone but you. I replied, They don't live with you!! My trust, hopes, dreams shattered, the second well little over second half of my life would be a relaxing fun peaceful loving partnership with a Christian man whom led me to believe we would honor God, we would spend time together study God's word etc. It was ALL LIES!!!!! It will take a long time to get past this nightmare but this time I'm not alone, my Father is with me, I am going where Jesus wants me. When I feel mixed emotions from memories I stop immediately reach out for the Holy Spirit to lift me, I pray. I will listen to one of Pastor Rick's saved podcasts, KZread or saved Daily Hope online message. I know the Holy Spirit led me to Daily Hope it lives up to its name, it gave me hope at my very lowest, lowest I've ever been I too was broken then I rec'd hope. I am really experiencing every one of the Weapons of Self Destruction. I am alone and without any form of emotional/spiritual support and needed to hear this so badly. I was able to start by working on hopelessness first and I think I can move forward now from here. Many thanks for this message. Thanks to others for their candid posts. Let me try and help. I also struggled and even still from time to time with addictive idols. But here is the Trueth of the real Jesus Christ who is come in the flesh. Everybody needs to know this! The whole world is drunk on the doctrines of Babylon! INCLUDING and ESPECIALLY the visible Christian church. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS TEACHING BUT ... there is something very very important the pastor left out. So yes, for true believers in Christ all our sins are forgiven and there is no condemnation but Gods word ALSO SAYS we must CONFESS OUR SINS to God and REPENT when we do AND THEN THEY WILL BE FORGIVEN. If a believer goes around sinning without confessing AND REPENTING they would be no different from nonbelievers. So Romans 8 ONLY APPLIES in conjunction with CONFESSION AND REPENTANCE.

I’m struggling with my addiction to shooting up Suboxone been. 5-6 yrs with out stopping. I’m 30 yrs old. I have overcome my 7-8 yr meth addiction but I want to be free from everything. These sermons are really help. I sit and take notes. But I’m at the point for prayer!!!! How see theses comments. My name is Michael Chilson and I would love sum prayer... Pammyjean Young God Can and will heal you... He did it for me and if you believe he will do the same for you!!! I had crippling anxiety and it controlled my entire life and I was delivered and I have the total victory over it..and I cant explain to you how it feels to be set free of something that Ran my life for years. It was a journey that started with me starting therapy bc I was so desperate for change and black folk dont do therapy..but I was so tired of not being in control of my own life & God seen my effort to want to be set free by my seeking therapy which didnt help just like he sees you asking for prayer for yourself and your family. and he led me to a pentecostal church and after service the pastor asked if anyone wanted to be set free of anything..and i instantly jumped up and felt that he was calling for me..i couldnt get to the alter fast enough..and after I prayed and asked god for deliverance..I was not the same ...everyone in my life instantly seen that I was not the same and i could never grocery shop or be social bc of my anxiety but now I do with ease...I also learned that anxiety is only fear and a major trick of the enemy... Everybody needs to know this! The whole world is drunk on the doctrines of Babylon! INCLUDING and ESPECIALLY the visible Christian church. PLEASE if you can sense the deadness of the institutional churches and different ministries but can't put your finger on it. I'm pleading with you to understand something very important here. That is very addictive I hear ..Remember the huge health benefits everytime you don't do it..I say keep praying for strength to stop, change the focus on you haveing the Holy spirit inside you and wanting to keep your temple clean. What a blessing Mr. Warren is!! I love listening to his messages that are always filled with love and passion and the absolute truth of God's word. I am going through a terrible time in my life and unfortunately there aren't many things that give me comfort. But reading God's word daily and afterwards listening to Mr. Warren do give me a lot of peace and help to releave some of the blows I receive. The thing that bothers me about this sermon he is pretty much telling you it doesn't matter what you do God forgives you so then you have no conscience about doing wrong. As soon as I heard him speaking I knew something wasn't right in my spirit. People I'm not trying to say don't listen to him I want to say pray about it. It says in the Bible in the end times even the elect will be deceived. It also says that Satan can appear as an angel of Light. Be careful who you listen to. I personally would not listen to this man. If he has helped you get over addiction and things that is wonderful. But the best way to know God's word and what his will is for you is to read the Bible. The best to all of you out there. The reason I clicked on his sermon is because of the title and then once I realized when he started speaking I knew something wasn't right so I went to see who it was and it was Rick Warren. Like I said be careful who you follow

In the end times there will be many false teacher's and he's one of them people don't let these preachers fool you just because he uses bible verses don't make him right anybody could twist bible verses to fool many astray think about it for a minute before you believe these guy's there usually out for the big $$$$$$ that comes with false teaching they sugar coat everything let me tell you all God means business and the time is getting near for his return to clean up this earth and these false teacher's are first on his list

Please don’t share it any longer..... Rick is a servant of the Vatican. Everybody needs to know this! The whole world is drunk on the doctrines of Babylon! INCLUDING and ESPECIALLY the visible Christian church. PLEASE if you can sense the deadness of the institutional churches and different ministries but can't put your finger on it. I'm pleading with you to understand something very important here. The mainstream Christian system is not of God. The gospel is the GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM! Repent and believe the gospel! Follow Jesus’ teachings! Jesus is going to return and set up the kingdom of God ON THE EARTH! God’s government ON THE EARTH! The Messiah will resurrect his people! The destiny of the Messiah and his people is to be ON THE EARTH! The renewed restored earth! God also dwelling with them! Rev 21 Jesus said the Father is the only true God! John 17 3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent. RSV Only-monos God-theos Monos theos Monotheism The Father Jesus is the one sent by the true God (the Father)! Jesus never claimed to be God, Jesus said he has a God! Jesus has a God! Jesus died! God can’t die! God raised Jesus from the dead!
