True. India mein Urdu sikhate hain. Kuchh schools mein compulsory hota hai, kuchh mein 3rd language mein options hota hai Urdu bhi choose kar sakte hain. Pakistan can use a similar policy. Lekin English hatana nahi chahiye. English global language of business hai. Chahe humari nahi hai lekin ab sabki language hai English.

Alphabets are "haroof e tahaji" Matras are "harakat" Şüur (vowels) are "haroof e il'lat" And wenjan(consonants) are "haroof e sahih" in Urdu

listening from Pakistan, you Urdu pronunciation is very precise. I am trying to learn Hindi so I could explore Hindi literature.

Greetings from Pakistan. Excellant lesson. so softly taught. I have some knowledge of Hindi script through self-teaching but your lessons are more helpfull. Some questions. You call alphabets as "Alfaaz", Are;nt call them Haroof-e-Tahaji'? If I am not wrong, doesnt ;Matra; means 'Miqdaar; (Quantity)? What type of paper format is used in writing Hindi? e.g narrow-line or broad-lined paper?

Urdu main "alfaz -الفاظ" (words) ko bolte hain (letters ko haroof) bolte hain "حروف".

At 12:45 you went from व و to ح ह i.e you missed 3 letters in between (शس बش شस). Also you only mentioned 13 Vowels (not 14) and total letters you mentioned in this video are 49 (not 52).

Letters start from vowel sounds अ(ا،ع) आ(آ) इ(اِ) ई(ای) उ(اُ) ऊ(او) ए(اے) ऐ(اۓ) ओ(او) औ(او) अं(انگ) अः(اہ) Then we have consonant sounds starting from क(ک) ख(کھ) ग(گ) घ(گھ) .... and so on

Fun fact if you can write and read hindi , You can read and write marathi and nepali and sanskrit

You didn't tell about "sha" earlier but when u showed all alphabets together there's "sha" in it... Why?

Mam please note that : ऋ is sound of R which is pronounced with your tongue rolled upward but touches not any part of mouth. अं is nasalization as noon-Gunna in urdu. ङ is letter stands for glottal 'N' . Try to pronounce K, Kh ,Ga , Gh and then Nnnggg. ङ is pronounced from the same angle from which क ख ग घ are pronounced. ण is 'N' - to pronounce it roll your tongue upward and touch it with roof . Tongue should touch the same part while pronouncing ट or ड
