Learn German Lesson 46 - Present Perfect 3 (Perfect Forms) | Perfekt 3
In Lesson 46 we continue to learn the “Present Perfect Tense / Partizip II”.
In this lesson you will learn how different verbs have different Perfect-forms and you will learn how to form the “Partizip II” of various verbs. We advise that you do a quick revision of lesson 44 and 45 before you begin with this lesson.
Learning objectives of this lesson are:
• How to make Partizip II of Regular verbs?
• How to make Partizip II of Irregular verbs?
• How to make Partizip II of seperable verbs?
• How to make Partizip II of non separable verbs?
We would advise you to make a list of all the verbs that you will learn in this lesson and in the last two lessons, along with their perfect forms and keep on adding new verbs as you go on with your language course
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to write!

At 10:10, aufstehen means 'to get up', not 'to wake up' (aufwachen). People can wake up and get up at completely different times... my daughters, for example! The English translation confused me because I recalled that "los, aufstehen" was said in a war film... and the soldier wasn't asking him to wake up, but to get up off the ground. :-)

I disagree. Get up and wake up are often used interchangeably in both English and German. Aufstehen means both and is commonly translated as such.

Maybe it’s a still living stereotype? Germans just get up immediately after waking up? 🤔🤣

@@holliesaraswat6241 In some situations aufstehen can mean "stand up" and not "get up (get out of bed)" in german. I know, it's situational, and you would probably be understood either way, but it makes a difference.
@holliesaraswat6241

@@degrind6496 I don't get your point. Yes it also means "stand up," but in totally different contexts. This is pertaining to bed, sleeping, waking.

Hello, I have been watching your video for a month and I fell I’m learning so much but still would like to know if you teach German to private students and how can I be part of your students? Please let me know, thanks in advance.
Ich habe alles vergestanden.
The way this channel is teaching is amazing however, as I study this language deeper, I am starting to feel frustrated, helpless, and hopeless. I don't know if that is just me.

Sie haben sehr gut erklären. Aber ich habe eine Frage. In your previous video (Dativ Verben), you have said, Dativ verbs never take AKKUSATIVE objects. But in this video, I found an example "Petra hat mir einen Brief geschrieben. " where einen Brief is the AKK object. Can someone clarify this please?
