Learn German Lesson 6 - Adjective endings (Accusative case) | Adjektivendungen (Akkusativ)
In the previous lesson, you learned adjective endings in the nominative case. Now, it’s time to understand and learn the endings for the accusative case. The adjective endings in the accusative case don’t differ much from the nominative case (except for the masculine). So, let’s learn the endings used in the accusative case.
Before you start with this video we suggest that you revise the accusative case. You can watch the video on the same in the related video section.
We will be learning adjective endings in accusative case in
• Bestimmte artikel
• Unbestimmte artikel
• Negative artikel
• Possesive artikel
• Ohne artikel (nullartikel)
At the end of the lesson you will find a table with adjective endings in various cases to summarize the lesson for you.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to write!

Hello, the videos are very, very good, but in my opinion, it would be much better if the text in English is first shown, and after certain pause (5 sec) text in German , in that way we would already have examples to practice. Vielen dank.
Thank you for the clear explanations.

When I went to evening classes it was all German grammar and I fell asleep every time, so I went to pubs with older men playing dice, I joined in the dice and I was putting sentences together in no time. Got fairly fluent quickly.

Okay, noted :). Thank you.
how do we know, when we use Nov and when use Akk?
@GlitterWishes
4 жыл бұрын
NOMINATIV is for the subject of the sentence; who is doing the action? AKKUSATIV is for the direct subject of the sentence; what is directly affected? Ex: Hast du meinen großen Hund gesehen?: Have you seen my big dog? NOMINATIV: who is doing the action? = Du: You. (du hast meinen Hund gesehen: You have seen my dog.) AKKUSATIV: what is directly affected? = den Hund: the dog.

Nov is used when you are talking about just the subject matter. The man is handsome. Akku is when the subject matter refers to something in a sentence. The man has a dog. The man is the subject and ' A dog' is the a object which then is the akku. A man buys a dog for his daughter. The man is Nov, A dog Is the akku. And for whom the object is for , is 'his daughter' that is the dative. Our teacher can correct me. Please anyone. I think I might be correct.
Can anyone assist with the A2 grammatik. I find it difficult to understand.
They taught us that when it‘s plural, the ending of the adjective word is „e“ Like meine neue Schuhe and not neuen Schuhe.

👍👍👍👍
