Thank you Paul, I'm gonna try the one leg eccentric and strengthen the one leg crow as drills towards the handstand to crow. Those drills are pure fun.

Hey Paul, I’m pretty good at the frog pose but I can’t even lift one knee off my elbow at all. It’s so frustrating. I’ll work on this quick head dip to get my torso more vertical. Thanks for the video!

How long should you aim to hold a regular crow pose for before attempting to learn this?
I thought maybe using the wall to try change from crow and crow with one extended leg, by extend it to the wall, and then I won't need to hold it for long, what do you say
Hey brother does weight matter in calisthenic or strength because I am 88 kg I can handstand and some powermoves but can't do muscle up and planche how to improve tell me
Would you think is should try to do the movement fast before i do it slow, or just go for slow version right away? (I would like to learn hspu also)
