Hi! we understand, it may be quite challenging! Try to listen slower a bit for the first couple times, and rely on subtitles. With time you'll train your ear and it will be easier to understand at normal speed! You can change the speed in the video settings.

It may be challening, but should get easier if you listen to the lesson several times.

Using profanity in any form is always frowned upon and a sign of ignorance typically. There are other words and phrases to use. Only use it around friends.
