Hello! Thank you for your question. If you know that your weak point is grammar - that's your first step! Now, try to narrow down your focus - define what is the most common mistake you're making and work on this topic. If that's the tenses - go through the examples and exercises dealing with that tense. We can recommend Grammar in Use. Once you practice it enough, go to the next topic!
