Not an issue using any, in Australia/NZ, as are mix of English english, American English, & "Australian" English or Kiwi English (whichever one are in), but often it's British English term commonly used. But sometimes, or often, American term is used. Aussies/Kiwis say truck, but in England many say lorry; for just one of a lot of differences. A youtube channel called World Friends often has videos with people from various places saying the words how it's pronounced in their country. They've done it for English speaking countries, French speaking countries, Spanish speaking countries.

Fun fact, in England we don’t say ‘pop the trunk’, we say ‘open the boot’. We don’t call it a trunk, we call it a boot. When I think of a trunk I think of an elephant 😂 but now when I think of a boot I think of a shoe… it’s all very confusing and words mean multiple things.
