I'm in love with this series. All the characters specially Tim and Julia. A very young and energetic couple. I love Tim's devotion and spirit to his job. He is a fabulous character.

Julia's in her 50s now and plays Simon's mum in The Inbetweeners and Tim has done a few stage plays. Ted has been the most successful of all the actors - I remember him in Love Thy Neighbour in the 70s. And Julia's mum was in the Carry On films. Even Simon has a few credits but most of the others (and that means you Gary Fenton) did not go on to bigger or better things - THIS was the highlight of their acting careers.

I've started to love this serie !

I memorised every single sentence of this series from part 1 till part 3. I don't know how long it took me. The hardest parts are all parts when Zoe Pearce speaks and also Dr Ackroyd's part. I watched each episode several times and I did use the "Shadowing" technique. So I can speak each phrase with the same intonation and pace. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. Thanks for posting this series.
