I love to teach others how to make quick and easy cards that do not take a ton of supplies or products. If you are new, it can be overwhelming and confusing as to what you really need, so I am here to help! Let’s learn card making with the Sending Smiles stamp set plus a few basic supplies. I love to share quick and easy cards that can be made by beginner stampers, as well as those just looking to create great cards quickly.
You don’t need a lot of time or supplies, just a few good products and a little “know how.” The Sending Smiles stamp set is a perfect stamp set to learn with because it’s bold, bright and has a variety of greetings. I will guide you through making your first cards with it, and help you pick out the coordinating inks and paper that you will need.

I do love the simplicity of card #1 in each of the sets. I could see how the small embellishments would still be easy to do. Layering in Step #2 looks nice, but for the beginner, it is harder to get the spacing to be even. Step #3, the bow. For the most part, I do not like any bows on my cards. I do like a few pieces of embellishment, but the bows are something I skip most of the time. I appreciate when you are showing using the dimensionals to step up your card, but that takes practice to get the spacing of the layers even. I am getting better though. You are a great teacher!!

Everything takes practice. That is why I like to start with very simple (SIP) and then step up from there.
SIMPLE IS ALWAYS BETTE.
