I'm a little surprised. The multifidus is shown up to the skin, the longissimus is ignored, it's all just called multifidus, of course everything ends up being the erector spinae, but that's not true either. Errctor spinae are 3 muscles together: M. spinalis, M. longissmus and M. ileocostalis....to always show the multifidus as a whole package up to the throacolumbar fascia is unfortunately not correct!
