lovely trick and presentation .I feel, with some practice. I could perform this trick to my friends and family and really blow their socks off. I am definitely going to hone my sleight of hand skills and put this trick in my performances(just family and friends). Thanks for showing this trick and making it look accessible/ doable to the beginner magician

Damn, I knew there was going to be palming at the end! xD My nemesis! I'll have to use another method to merge the aces, but otherwise, it's a cool trick :)

Thanks! 😊 Palming can be intimidating, but it's really worth the "practice investment". But until you're comfortable with it, it's a great exercise to come up with alternative methods (as you said), you'll learn a lot! 😀👍

In your performance, when you're placing the 4 "aces" in a row, and only flash the first and last card (the actual aces) I immediately found that suspicious.. My gut feeling said "the middle cards aren't actually aces" and I was right. I know what you're trying to achieve by flashing them (as you explained in the tutorial), but I think it's counter-productive. Thoughts?

as someone who is looking for a sleight you may pick up on that but an ordinary specctator it does look completely normal

A very good point! 👍 In a real performance situation when they sit opposite to you, you don't have to turn the card upside down, instead you can just tilt it up a little so that they can get a glimpse of it. It looks a bit clumsy when I do it because I have to turn the card 180 degrees. Also, it has to be done very casually. You can try it both out when you perform and see what feels best, you definitely don't have to do it, as long as you make the secret addition of the two cards and the display of the aces look natural. Hope that helps! 😊
