Lear is opening factory in serbia about couple of months,and maybe I gona start working,can somebody tell me if know something about that job,is it heavy,what I can expect? sorry for my English

+Milos losmi it is line and non stop work. not hard but u do the same thing over and over and it is boring. they r big company and pay good tho

+Xinkala but on psychologically base is hard,that is for me much worse,hall over again job every single day,but in my country we don't have much choice, because high level of unemployment,but if I have good money for a month that's be a little easier,here the average payment for a month is about 350 euros,but that's a low for this standard, I scare we just become a cheap working class

well in UK Lear pays better than other companies. for example min wage here is 6.70, i get 9 for a night shift, trough agency. that means they pay about £15 to me and agency gives me £9 which is still good but work is non stop .. good luck my orthodox brother

Working at Lear in Indiana, scheduled for 12hr shifts, usually work 10hrs. Depends on what you are doing, the chassis, main line is gruelling..be prepared to buy some good shoes, long hours, moving back and forth on your feet, for the first month your feet gonna hurt.
