TO PEOPLE WHO'VE WATCHED THE FILM: Why are you saying it condones cheating? This film doesn't condone cheating! They kiss once because they are forced to. For the rest they keep their distance and dont act on their feelings until they are single. Its not cheating to have feelings for someone else unless you act on them. She even tries to make it work with Jeremy. They behave surprisingly decently for a film of this storyline. If anything it promotes decency.

I agree ! For a 2010 movie, it contains no sex, no nudity etc. They didn't even do something sexual and they get married ! This is a really really decent movie and I bet this is why this movie didn't work :/

There’s no cheating in this film, yes they develop a bond after all there mishaps on the way to Dublin but it’s not cheating. Nothing happens between them apart from that one kiss at the B&B (which they had no choice about so they could keep up the ruse that they were husband and wife) before she cuts her uptight, snooty, douche bag fiancé loose.

I still don't get why the studios make trailers that tell the entire movie. I mean, WHY?!!

Just finished the movie.. One of the sweetest movies I've ever seen.. the sceneries of Ireland add a fantastic taste to the movie..

Exactly. Leap Year is criminally underrated. Also, what the hell critics were smoking when they said Mathew Goode and Amy Adams has no chemistry!?

I knew it was going to be stupid. It was stupid. The ending was so expected and there were tons of cliches. Yes I loved it! 10/10

I agree. It gave me the same feeling as the movie 'Tamara Drewe' . One other movie that tops my list of favourites.

Well I'm not alone then I love this movie very much. Amy Adams is a sweetheart.

i swear to the greek gods that this is one of the best romcom movies of all time!! everything is perfect even the scenery!

I watched this movie 5 days ago and I just loved it! Fell in love with the movie, the story, the acting, the photography, it’s a funny and lovely rom com. I don’t get why it got bad “critics” I agree with other comments saying it probably didn’t “work” because it has not nudity, crude or sexual scenes (oh the world we are living in!) And God! Gotta love Matthew Goode he is perfection! A movie to be in love with love, give it a try ;). Oh and yes, the trailer was not that good

I love this movie! It gave me laughter, butterflies and so many good vibes! Amy and Matthew are both gorgeous and great actors, too

i swear don't judge the movie by the trailer. the movie is self is exiting and unexpected, not to mention is so sweet.

I have seen this movie more than 10 times... and I won't stop! :) I love it. Amy Adams after the "Leap Year" is my absolutely favorite actress.

I discovered this film a few days ago and have seen it many times already. It never tires me. Too good, clean, sweet. Magnificent actors. I felt the feeling of her when she returns to Boston by plane and looks at the city, her love now there ... I appreciated the final kiss, the pride and prejudice style resumes, the kiss between Darcy and Elizabeth, the sun as the background between the two..the same Irish scenarios..I would have changed some situations, but I like to relive them and change them in my mind .. congratulations beautiful film

One Of My Favourite Hollywood RomComs. Since I have watched this movie, I really have a very big crush on Amy Adams. And, I also fell in love with Ireland.

I started to love Mathew Goode after this movie. It make maself relief stress... feels comfortable. I watched more than 20 times. ❤️

Watched this movie (on tv) only because that last shot of Amy had me in her camp for life.

Amy Adams is just so adorable and has such charm!

So many heart warming moments!!!!! Absolutely loved this movie! Would be embarrassed to tell you how many times I've watched it! The music was superb! Just prior to getting the ring with Anna standing in the middle of the pub, he should have told Anna to wait 60 seconds!

This movie was so under-rated. Loved it. Just watched it again for about the 10th time LOL. Amy Adams is a very special actress! Would be very cruel/sad if she never graced the stage to win an Oscar :(

I love Declan and this movie in general. I can watch it repeatedly and never grow tired of it

You should also look out for Matthew Goode in "A Single Man" with Colin Firth. He is one of my favourite actors.

I love this movie. The story plot is something you can expect but how they put it or show it in this movie is amazing! I literally almost crying or I'm crying 😭 at the end because it is too romantic 😍

I've been obsessed with Matthew Goode since The Lookout. He looked so good and was really great in it. He is a chameleon. He always looks so different in all his roles.

I'm not a fan of the rom-com, but I do like this movie - the fact I find Amy Adams immensely attractive and that it's set in Ireland (I'm a fellow Celt, but of the Haggis-munching variety) may have something to do with it, but I also think it's just a great, funny story. And for once the chemistry is believable.

I'm blessed that i've watched the movie first before i watched this trailer. I want them being in one frame again!!!

have you tried "While you were sleeping"by Sandra Bullock and Bill Pullman? It's from the 90's and kinda long time ago but if you liked this one... you might find that one very heartwarming as well.
