i found you guys randomly through an instagram AD and i think this was just the best thing to happen! Im struggling for quite a while now, not knowing what to do with my life since both of my parents died when i was a teen. I always had a passion for art and was quite skilled at it, always believed that i could make a career out of it. But when my parents died due to cancer and suicide, i took a break from drawing for a few years. Now im 25, thinking i could make a comeback but man, my artskills are so rusty and it demotivates me so much to continue drawing. Its so hard for me to find my way back to loving my art. I work as a boring cashier in a supermarket, dreaming of becoming an artist, yet doing nothing for it besides being depressed and ashamed of myself. Growing up with no meaning in life is just so... i dont know. I feel like living towards my death without any goals, going to the job i hate just to pay my rent and food and pay some high ass bills from my past. Everyday i wake up and wait for this one moment that will give me the motivation and energy to change my life. But if feels so fucking hard.. If it wouldn't be for my boyfriend or my pet Skink, i wouldn't even have the motivation to continue my life. Bt ehh yeh i didnt mean to sound depressing, im sorry, its just the feels that came up from hearing this song^^" Much love from germany! Hey thanks so much for reaching out dear. It sounds like you have beeen incredibly strong throughout such difficult experiences. I myself have a lost a parent to suicide and it is such a tough thing to deal with. I also have bipolar so know all about some of these dark feelings you a going through. Always try to remember these things are sometimes just a chemical imbalance in your brain from the dark experiences in your life so you need to remember to kind to yourself. You should 100000% keeep going with your drawing! Having a creativee outlet can be a best way to takee a break from your mind sometimes but rememeber not to take it too seriously and have fun with it. Maybe you'd like to do us a drawing lol? Lots of love to you dear! Wishing you all the best and hopefully see you for a cuddle at one of our shows on tour xoxoxo ps . Skink sounds like a vibe! 🤩

It's good & all but why the metallic wash of slick production? Better when it drops out for the short break & I guess thats why use it? Maybe it's only a method for this song? Going to give a listen to more, maybe it was just for this song; hope so.

That is a very interesting question and a hard one to answer but I guess our hope for the polished production was to make our music not isolated just for rock fans but to hopefully appeal to a wider listener base.
