I grew up with the Moffats songs, "i miss you like crazy" was the first song i learned to play in guitar. I was only 13 back then, now i'm 34 and based in Australia. Your songs reminds me of my childhood, it reminds me of "home" (Philippines) You guys will always have a special place in the heart of the Filipinos:) Keep it up!

One thing I have noticed in this video, instead of them going to a beatiful place and do a cover of a song like most of their videos are, they chose to do it in a street with lots of filipino watching them, showing the smile, energy and warmth of the filipino people. And i think they did it because it suits the meaning of the song. Maybe sometimes we don't need to go to a beautiful place, because beautiful places are somtimes found with the people around you.

Gotta love filipinos. I met several of them in a restaurant before the lock down. The place was plain simple, but it was lively because of the smiles and laughters of the filipino chef and waiters. That was one of the most wonderful experience I've ever had and I love hearing them say "maraming salamat, ingat lagi kapatid!" which I think means thank you and take care brother.

Filipinos really, really love music. They're one of those people who will not shy away to bob their heads in public along with the beat of bop music. They sing along with it, too! Even long forgotten songs of popular western singers in the 60's up to the 90's are still played here everyday especially during birthdays and holidays. Several popular musicians of the past generation still held concert here to perform for their old and younger Filipino fans. It is easy to say that music binds them together and is a big part of their way of life. Kudos to The Moffatts for your wonderful music!

Of course it can, they could actually play in stead of playbacking to a pre-recorded track.

@no Which could just be recorded anywhere and edited in, as it most likely is. I mean, the dudes sing in the wrong side of a microphone, they don't even try to hide the fact that they're playbacking. But I guess they're not anywhere near talented enough to play such a simple song in a live environment. There's nothing genuine about this performance.

@no Yeah because they're standing in the middle of a street like a couple of posers with completely inadequate equipment. If they had any decent stuff and an engineer who knows how to records, they could at least get an actual genuine performance from it. And yes, there will be actual background noise, but that's the price you pay from recording in the middle of a street. Which is better in every single way than this bullshit show they're putting on now.

I missed these noises that i hear everyday in Philippines, i feel at home when i hear these noises for example childrens playing outside and people talking outside. I wish i could visit Philippines but the things is, i can't because of the coronavirus. I Hope this pandemic will be over soon. It's a great song and i loved it, i hope you guys are okay there stay safe guys❤

I went there last summer and even landing to Manila I already scent the smell and the hot breeze coming out of the place. And couple days travelling islands I hear people laughing, smiling, talking to other people with loud tricycles and at night the loud sound of crickets. It really hits you when you get home hopefully you experience it again :)
