What a great company

this is how you take care of customer. most of those emp are salary, it's nice to see a company doing good. "7-10 days" means if they are busy with priorities, they will get to you when the can.

That is what I call a good service . I called my utility company they said It's my problem after the water meter.

Human angel but what if it was not your fault but the company. my friend is fighting a battle with southwest water where the problem is there's and not Hers don't always trust what these company say. just make sure you double check 1st to C who is at fault, sometimes people believe what they been told and excepts it to b true, wen really the company is at fault and lie to try aand get away wiv it. please help as SWW ARE FAULT NOT MY FRIEND :( THSNK U

sww supposed of fixed pipe. they said they fixed it and refuse to come out. thing is its not to do with the house. this is sww problem, they refuse to come back and fix it. my friend is at end of her tether, they are lying to her and manipulating her. HELP ME TO HELP HER PLEASE THANK U X

In 2023 the company was fined £800,000 for illegally removing 22 billion litres (4.8 billion imperial gallons) of water from the Lancashire aquifer So is this is why they charge more money for water? Got to keep the shareholders happy.
