A wonderful start to the new season! Long time League fans will be pleased to see the return of Piggie Smalls with his efforts so far. Sadly, little Pepper can't quite replicate the magic of last season and her difficulties with obstacles continue. Bear shows us a glimpse what she is capable of, Russia will be praying she can put a string of performances together. Gingers competitive spirit shone through there, 7 podium finishes but without a win, lets see if she can adapt to the new challenges the league has thrown at her this season. And all Japanese fans will be quietly confident in their big man Hoshi as he reminds everyone that this isn't just a two pig race between Smalls and Hamilton. Yet again, the League keeps providing the fans with smashing entertainment, a completely unexpected twist with the new Water-Wade obstacle! This may take the headlines, but the more hardcore fans will keep a keen eye on what role the handicaps will play in this season, now with the inclusion of Ginger. A controversial decisions considering the reason given for Piggie Smalls was due to his weight, yet this does not seem consistent as to why Hamilton has now been added to the list of handicaps. British fans are crying out for fair and just ruling from the League, they either want the handicap to be removed or for Oinku to be added to it as well, based on him being the second heaviest athlete. Rumours have been swirling that Hamilton's camp are considering lodging an official complaint, but nothing as yet. We will have to see how this plays out. Nevertheless, this is shaping up to be another cracker of a season!

I did not like the handicap on Piggy Smalls even though I don't like Small at all, but at least there was an undeniable physical advantage for Piggy Smalls and the decision to put a handicap on him was somewhat understandable. But the addition of Ginger to the handicap was an outright scandalous decision. Ginger was being punished for being an outstanding athlete, that's it.

Of course the historic naval powers of Japan, the UK and the US are able to adapt to water obstacles while tradition land powers Mexico and Russia struggled.

Not fair for Ginger to be allowed to get out of obstacle before Smalls. Perhaps move it in the middle so both have equal opportunity to get out at the same time.

Good idea Jort. I've been trying out music in the races but it can make the commentary harder to hear. That said my aim is to have more music in the videos (it does add to the excitement I agree) so fingers crossed that happens

Have you done an equalities audit on that water obstacle? Seems to be a prima facie case of sex discrimination given it favours the boys!

😄 well we thought we'd be safe due to an all girls final in Season 3 and Piggy Smalls being handicapped 🤗 The boys haven't had a look in since Season 1 😂
