LEADING A World Championship! ROTAX Grand Finals Review

Спорт

One of the best chances I've had at winning a world championship was this race. It was unfortunate how it ended but thats never the end of your story.

I have been eRacing for ages but had my first real race on a go-kart track with friends just a week ago. I was not super fast at all but got a lot of fun. Your channel helped a lot in preparation for that event. And your today advice - to stay calm on the track - is very valuable. My favorite sim is RBR. It does not forgive recklessness and haste that often caused by anxiety. But on a real track being calm is even more important - a pilot brain have so much info rushing from their senses to process, that anxiety definitely going to be an unwanted overhead and informational noise leading to the miscalculations and failure. Sorry to see that you were knocked off the track when being in a head of the pack. Hope that you were not hurt. Anyways, that was not your fault and those who understand already noticed your amazing skill. Keep it up!

Great race Ryan. It's unfortunate that you were taken out of the race with this incident. When you say everything is provided for this race, does Rotax cover the all the costs or does the driver have to pay some fees.

    The meaning of checking out??

Really enjoyed your play by play analysis. Is this track unique when it comes to not being able to check out? Does the X30 racing differ in this regard? And personally is this an important race for you to win one day?

It is a hard track to check out on because of the super long straight. It is 100% a race I want to win. So far I do not have a world championship to my name

You could have easily finished on the podium - Lap 13/20 you get pushed out and RACE OVER 😡 After one year of sacrifice, hell lot of money (even if you didn't pay yourself) national qualification for this event, travel to this event, etc, etc, and ALL OVER in a split of a second and NOT your mistake

The "olympics of karting" ? Interesting take. Seems a bit over the top.

Its the closest thing we have to an olympics where you represent your country instead of just yourself

I'm betting Justin put you up to making this video, seeing as you recently agreed to partner with him (Rotax) for your training academy. Seems suspiciously self serving. @@NorbergNation
