So glad it helped!

Whatever accounting package you're using, add a prefix infront or after the invoice number that relates to the referral source... ie. 1001 - FBK for Facebook, 1001 - GGL for Google. At the end of each month, quaternary or year, export all invoice details to a spreadsheet, filter the column with your FBK, GGL etc in and you can see revenue from each referral source. Takes literally 5 minutes. You'll see in real terms which referral sources are bringing revenue in 👍 On my businesses software we can add original referral source to the customer file and export all customers data such as total spend between certain dates, so can also see the customers lifetime value in a few clicks and filters in a spreadsheet

Hey Mike, can you explain how you know what lead come from what source? We are a Facebook Ads agency and we would like to show our clients from what source converts into clients the most, for example, do the most clients come from Facebook ads, Google ads, is it self generated or whatever the case maybe?

Mark... just unprotect the sheet from the "review" tab. If it asks for a password, you don't need one (as it's not password protected). Then just insert a column. hope that helps.

Sorry.... I made that sheet awhile ago. You can edit it, but you may mess up the formulas.

Sure. Just add rows to the sheet. It's your sheet to do what you want with.

Thanks for this Mike, I have a very similar sheet that I use, but I add a conversion rate % that measures difference between the converted yes/no to give me a percentage, I’ll see if I can add that to your document and share with you. Thanks again!

You get the template right away. When you click the link, the template will open. Once there... you need to Save a copy of it to your computer... and you're off and running. You don't have to request access to the document. You just need to save a copy.

Is it possible to make this into a google spreadsheet for people such as myself who have a mac and do not have access to windows.

An awesome spreadsheet no doubt but how do you know where every lead or phone call came from?

You simply ask them or you have tracking numbers that tell you.

Aww, I just tried to download the spreadsheet but received an error. I guess I missed out. Error received.. "The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem." I am about to take on a sales just for the first time and I fill organization might be key to not getting swallowed whole.. Even with the error the email did come, but the hyperlink in the email isn't active☹️

You just have to download it and then you can modify it. You can't edit the master copy unless you download it to your computer.

Yes... simply unprotect it. Go to View at the top... and select Unprotect sheet. Hope that helps
