Lead Rope Solo #2 (using the Revo)

last time I used the GriGri to lead rope solo. This time I use the revo made by Wild country . Learning so much, I think if I keep practicing I can scale it up and attempt my first multi pitch soon.

i say this with a concern for your safety: learn how to properly build and tension ground anchors before soloing. read some books, watch some more videos, get a guide for a day, i don't care which, just do something

the cams were perfectly placed, I think you are referring to the equalization of the sling. this I agree with, I should've pulled up instead of down to equalize. the shock load would have been sketchy but every cam I place would have held. Please add to this comment so the new people watching this video can learn. Let me know what I did wrong so that others may learn from my mistakes .

@@CloveHitchCory from what I can tell from the vid, its looks like the cam placements were "good enough", but I suspect there were even better nut placements to be had. Im as guilty as anyone to neglecting passive placements in favor of cams, but if I am building an anchor that needs to be bomber for upward pulls, I always look for nut placements first. Have fun and be safe.
