Checkin time 2PM and Checkout 12PM...but you can request early checkin which is subjected to availability :)

I don't think they've double bedroom rooms however they provide extra mattress upon request... Lake facing rooms may cost ₹6k-9k and sea facing may cost ₹10k-13k (room rates are not fixed and keeps changing)

Is they allowing the group of frnds in private pool villa?

Compared to chennai where private pool villas costs 30k to 50k per night it's less expensive but still one can choose lake view rooms or sea view rooms without private pool which starts from 6k per night 👍🏼
