Can you do a guide on armor in general. Such as how to obtain it and when to use what types of armor?

Just farm alpha with 2 tactical sets and use tier 2 for almosy everything else and you will be overflown with armor

Only use Tier 2 And is Almost breaking, Turn into a Reinforced Armor This way you Will able to Clear floor 2 and 3 Get tickets, and stocking armor from the crates

How do you feel about mining titanium? I'm excited to see it get more uses inside the game.

I think that when you have around a stack of ore you won't need to do the island in the next maybe week or so and also another useful thing to craft with titanium is the pipe which is for pumping water

Well i did farm titanium alot also but just only when there is season event that collecting points I dont think its worth it to kill zombie such as lurker, bear and other zombie if not for season points because it will make u use alots of energy and also lots of melle. And also making manual earth drill to farm titanium will be good when u already complete atv and also when u think u have enough steel walls on ur base. Because its no use to farm titanium if u dont have atv to farm ash log, and also making titanium earth drill its like wasting cooper that u will need it so much to build lvl 4 wall

@@ivanl8394 Good call on just focusing on the farming during seasonal events. Those 150 blood samples from the Bear and Lurker during S16 were great!

I do love the way you are making your videos, layout and easy explained, great for teaching new players and even for more advanced players like myself i do enjoy watching tutorials sometimes which are easy and good explained. Great job, keep it up 😊🥳

Thanks! I remember it took me ages to finish my last boat engine. I had used all my air filters on the atv right before the boat update. :p

You can also recycle atv transmissions for a chance at steel and titanium bars. I found this by temporarily putting them in.

Neat! Those boat propellers also have a chance. I'm saving mine for the sub release though. I'm sure that thing is going to require loads of propellers.

I did all the calculations in order to make a 4 x 3 titanium room right now I don’t have the ATV I still need 12 gas cylinders but soon as I do I will start the grind to make my bace titanium Step 1 unlock ATV step 2 grind 1000 ash logs step 3 get 200 titanium step 4 get 255 steel step 5 Bricks 265 it’s going to be difficult for the next few steps step 6 get 265 cement step 6 part 2 1325 sand 1767 lime stone 443 bauxite 884 water bottles For cement step 7 this one is easy 1.325 lime stone step 8 663 Pete A.k.a. dirt step 9 663 sand step 10 Craft bricks and ash planks And cement step 11 last one craft titanium room

I messed up it’s 100 Titanium

I’m just now getting into mid game stuff, early late game stuff. Got two watch towers open, barely know what I’m doing and I’ve played this game on and off since before the motel, and 100 energy, the radio was a tower, I should know and have more for my time in and level. But this games resource gathering is so satisfying it’s all I do.

Congrats! That's quite the ldoe milestone to have reached. Time for some raiding soon. :}

Titanium can now be used to make some guns, like Glocks and M16s, though it still takes a lot... and you need gun powder witch is not easy to get if you don't have an ATV

Like the vid though, will definitely be helpful

Going ham on it. Spending 5 to get back 9(my usual return) is worth it to me. Still profit. Not to mention, my primary focus are them lvl 5 walls. So all the swamp, sand quarry and dead island visits I can squeeze in, the better. Feel like waiting until metal cutter comes to start this isn't the best play. So that's why I'm grinding it now :) Edit- not using c4 tho. Just fragment pieces and earth drill for now. But have like 60 spare c4 if I gotta use it. Prefer to raid with it

Nice! I'm slowly working on it as well. I wonder if their metal cutter logic will be that it can cut through metal....but not bricks. I've burned through some c4, but I plan to stop at 50.

@@Pressingx think 50 is a nice place to stop using c4. To answer you, I think that metal cutter will be good for metal and not brick. If it wasn't that way, it already make lvl5 walls useless. At the current price of them in the shop, not sure that's a smart play unless Kefir wants a bunch of refunds being asked for. Think they are giving folks time to make, at the very least, a small level 5 room to keep the best loot safe(f2p), then metal cutter gets released.

Hi pressing X can you make a video about raiding? I recently reached lvl150, but I'm afraid to raid, I'm afraid that my base is not strong enough to protect my loots from raiders, so can you please make a video focusing on raiding tips and tricks?

Dead Island is not easy itself. You need good gear and lots of sneaking. When you consider how much time, effort and resources you spend for so little gain, it's absolutely not worth it. Also, if you would ask me what ldoe needs right now, new level 5 expensive titanium walls wouldn’t have come in top 50. Sometimes I don't get what kefir's roadmap of updates is.

You actually can do it for dirt cheap. When you first log into dead island. Equip sprint and run toward groaners and straight left. Then respawn in. It makes all those enemies face left. Sneak by them, toward the giant but not close enough to aggro and you can sneak right to the cave. Take off armor and use mace to sneak the left zombies and zombie by first drill location. Then kill the 2 zombies and lurker with cleaver(heal skill works great). Drill second location. Equip armor. Walk out and sneak attk groaner by entrance with mace. Kill stormtrooper and grab the fragment and walk toward cave with the bear. Sneak by him(if spawned) and unequip armor and kill the zombies to left. Drill that. Then kill last couple zombies by last drill site. Equip armor and sneak by bear. Go to the leftmost armor fragment location, grab it and immediately sprint back out left. Sneak by the zombies like you did at the beginning, go right, grab the last armor fragment and get out. Use barely any armor and heals(skill). In a run you might use 1/2-3/4 of a mace and a couple cleavers

@@triggeredsatellite2842 saw your notification pop up as I was gathering sand. Decided to time a full dead island run. With my strat, took from 11:27- 11:37. Exactly 10 mins. Your longest waits are for the sprint skill, and killing the lurker. The zombies(that you have to kill) in the caves and groaner by top cave all die from sneak shots. If you wanna save a load screen, you can grab 2 fragment pieces. Cut back a minute or 2 of time. At first I took about 15-20 cause I didn't have it down yet. Now it's like clockwork. And agreed on having more uses other than walls. But it is what it is. :)

All firearms and only a couple purple melee weapons mods can be found in pd crates and all the other melee mods can ve found in the blue chest in the farm
