Nice little crawler FF. The part that broke looks like a universal joint that connects the drive shaft and rear end of a car.

The tighter turning radius on the X43 is what over stresses that steering u-joint. That other truck avoids it by limiting the steering angle - but, of course, that limits maneuverability. It’s possible that some material could be removed from both of the yoke portions of the u-joint so they don’t contact each other at the extreme steering angles.

I'm not sure exactly how long it's going to hold up for but it's working so far and I'm not taking it easy on the desktop crawler course that I made just so it can come apart but it's holding up so far

It should be fine on the course. I like to drive mine FPV on the floor around the house and sometimes I might hit a chair or maybe the kids get hold of it. THAT'S what got mine! Kids can be a little heavy on the throttle when it's stopped by a chair leg or other immovable objects! 💯💯

What's up! There is no neutral option.. my front wheels roll freely because I removed whole axle in front because the steering link that connects to one of the front wheels is broken. The front wheels have bearings so it spins really smooth. I bought the spare parts but have been enjoying it this way FPVing it! 💀 LINK to spare parts in description 😂👌🏿

I forgot to add that I have the black one and I love it but the same thing that happened to yours happened to it and I tried all types of different things to work on it and fix it the only thing that has worked so far is a little tiny table of crazy glue

Weak point is that there are no spare parts, so it gets expensive if you have to buy another complete car if some small part breaks or wears out.

Way to pricey to not have easily available spare parts in amazon ebay etc...which is why i hesitate to buy one....its like toy level where you cannot replace anything and have to throw it away...

Exactly - no spare parts at this price point - a throw away article. That ali express link is dead, and no spare parts in original LDARC shop either.

What up! I don't delete comments. Why would I have deleted it? I think KZread has done something new that deletes text with links now that you say that lately my links I post in description for the products seem to not stay there once I post them. The price for these little things is insane..... It's a tiny bit of plastic, small circuits, wires and a bit of metal.... It should cost $20, aside from the controller which is NOT $150.

Hi mine has some issue like it accelerates by itself in full throttle its shows 100 in remote how to stop that..the rc never stays when i on it just throttles..i got it as a birthday gift for my son i kinda ruined his bday 🥲
