Apart from the dynamic compression holes (of the DCP Plates), it has a unique feature of limited contact of the plate to the bone. The dynamic compression holes in the plate allow compression in both directions of the longitudinal axis. The scalloped undercuts of the plate reduce vascular damage & create uniform strength along the plate.
Narrow LC-DCP Plates are used for fracture repair of tibia and humerus. These are used with 4.5 mm & 6.5 mm screws. GPC offers Narrow LC-DCP Plates of various sizes & holes both in stainless steel & titanium.
